SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS $100.00+! Shipping charges will be charged for any purchase under $100.00.

Our products are coming fresh from the EU/UK straight to your door within 1-4 business days! We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed within 48 business hours. FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING on all orders $100.00+

Please note that delivery dates are provided by the courier, and can be subject to change. In case of any delays or questions on your order, please contact the courier directly, as we only purchase the shipping from them. Also, please allow extra time if ordering during the busy holiday season to account for larger carrier demands.

We are not responsible for issues caused by the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays since we do not control the shipping process after handing over your order. In case of a lost or damaged product, you may file a claim with the carrier.

We do ship to US, Canada, EU! We ship orders from our European warehouse for personal use.

Depending on your country’s customs regulations, your package may be subject to additional customs charges. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges before placing your order.

We guarantee that our products are authentic and sourced from authorized wholesalers of the manufacturer. For the safety and assurance of our customers, we do not accept returns, even if the packages are unopened. Once formula leaves our warehouse, we do not restock it, ensuring that every product you receive is genuine and not a counterfeit. Our commitment is to the safety and well-being of our HolleHiPPos babies. Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry, you haven't gotten your package. Check with family, building management, or neighbors to determine whether they've moved the item somewhere. If the parcel hasn't been found after 24 hours, contact your shipping carrier to register a lost, missing, or stolen claim. The carrier takes responsibility for the package after shipment. HolleHiPPos is not liable for lost or stolen packages once shipping carrier tracking verifies delivery.

Cancellation of an order is possible when the order is not shipped out yet.

All shipments are from Europe and delivered to your home. Our delivery schedule is 1-5 business days, but fulfillment delays, shipping carrier overloads, severe weather, and customs delays might delay goods. In rare cases of parcel delays, you must investigate online at the carrier's website. You may also send a message to customercare@hollehippos.eu so we can assist you in finding your package.

Ordering over the holidays requires more time due to carriers' expectations. We're not liable for carrier issues.

Yes, customers typically need to sign for packages coming from the EU. This helps ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order. If you're not available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange for redelivery.

We ensure all products leave our warehouse in excellent condition. Our items are shipped from Europe to the USA via air freight, and while we strive for perfect handling, some boxes or cans may get minor dents or creases during transit.

If you received a badly damaged package, please take a photo of the damaged item(s) and reach out to our customer support team at customercare@hollehippos.eu and we’d be happy to assist you.

Dented/Damaged Products

We strive to ensure all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support immediately with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund. If the formula container is dented but unopened and the seal is intact, the formula is generally safe to use. However, if the dent is severe or if the seal is broken, do not use the product.
